​The Wyndham Law Corts will be the largest court complex outside of the central business district, brining together the Magistrates court of Victoria, the Children’s court of Victoria, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) with specialised courts and services. The new courts will serve communities across the 17 suburbs that comprise the Wyndham local government area.

Wyndham’s future court will prioritise user experience, safety, sustainability, and technological capability. Colair is pleased to be a part of this defining project for Wyndham. With a Green Star 6-star-as-built energy rating, Colair is contributing to the energy efficient rating of the building, reducing fan energy consumption and energy wastage.
