Berninneit is a new purpose-built public building to support a range of uses including a theatre, library, gallery, museum, community function rooms, and offices. The Berninneit Cultural and Community Centre stands as a testament to community collaboration and the vision of the Bass Coast, enhancing the regions cultural vibrancy.

Colair was thrilled to be a key member of this transformative project, providing a wide array of products including Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, and Heat Recovery Units to regulate temperature, improve ventilation, and enhance energy efficiency. This contribution ensures a refreshing and pleasant environment within the centre for all locals and visitors alike. ​
